Store Manager & Manager Trainee

    Duties:
    The key roles of this position include but not limited to assist Store manager to manger the sales floor, assist customers, organize warehouse, maintain inventory and train new employees. These roles require an individual who demonstrates a high level of energy and persistence, superior consulting knowledge and has a polished, consultative delivery style appropriate for creating trust and confidence in potential customers. The successful candidate(s) will have some related sales and project management experience. Sales experience in plumbing, electrical and/or HVAC supplies is desired. The ability to read and understand construction documents is a plus.

      Requirements:
      • Proven ability to work with multiple contacts at existing customers and prospects, dealing with an array of complex issues.
      • Excellent written and oral communications skills and a track record of selling value.
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
      • Willingness to learn
      • Fluent in English. Speak one of the following languages is a plus: Spanish, Cantonese, Mandarin or Vietnamese


      Salesperson

        Duties:
        • Assist customer
        • Pull material from warehouse.
        • Ring up customer

          Requirements:
          • Good communication skill
          • Fluent in English. Bilingual in at least one of the following languages is a plus: Cantonese, Spanish or Vietnamese.

            Prospective employee should have experience in ANY combination of the following to be considered for this position:
            • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
            • Great customer service skills
            • Stocking and pricing merchandise
            • Be able to work alone and initiative.
            • Retail sales experience or knowledge in hardware, plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC a plus


            Warehouse Helper

            Duties:
            • Pull material from warehouse.
            • Receiving and Stocking.

            Requirements:
            • Be able to lift up to 50lb of material

              Prospective employee should have experience in ANY combination of the following to be considered for this position:
              • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
              • Stocking merchandise
              • Be able to work alone and initiative.
              • Knowledge in hardware, plumbing, electrical, and/or HVAC a plus


              Driver

              Duties:
              • Pull material from warehouse.
              • Deliver to customer.
              • Pick up material from vendors.
              • Help warehouse tasks.

              Requirements:
              • Be able to lift up to 50lb of material
